Make Amanite internationalisable

Description

Currently there is a lot of work (especially in templates) to make Amanite fully internationalisable.

The language selection must also be taken in count.

Templates are now i18n-proof.

The last point is the language selection: currently, it always try to display pages in french. So, user setting, or content negotiation should be envisaged...
